Shipping

We currently ship within the Netherlands only.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We aim to process and ship your order within 1–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier. If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us so we can help resolve it.

Returns

Not quite the right match?
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Once we’ve received and approved your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process above and place a new order. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, custom-made or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product description for details.
