SNIFF Studios operates an online store offering dog accessories and lifestyle products. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We do our best to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur.

Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are securely processed through our payment providers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if an error in pricing or product information occurs.

Shipping

We currently ship within the Netherlands only.
Shipping times and costs are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and returned in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and approving the return.

Liability

SNIFF Studios is not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by shipping carriers, or misuse of products. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos and text, is the property of SNIFF Studios and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
